We are pleased to announce that Mrs. Jamie Cline has been named Instructional Support Staff Member of the Year, and Mrs. Janet Linder has been named Teacher of the Year for Broome High School. We are grateful for Mrs. Cline and Mrs. Linder and their continued contributions to our school and community!
Mrs. Meulemans’ class enjoyed both preparing and sampling cuisine from various Spanish-speaking countries today. ¡Delicioso!
Ms. Foster’s chemistry classes used pennies to create brass, an alloy of copper and zinc, which made the pennies look like gold. Don’t get too excited, though, this copper-to-gold experiment doesn’t result in ACTUAL gold.

We are excited about Legacy Week, during which BHS students give back to the school and community through service. Let's celebrate service with these dress up days.
We have two more athletic updates to share::
• On March 31st, our softball teams will play at Landrum. Varsity softball will play first starting at 5:30 pm.
• On April 3rd, JV baseball will play at Landrum at 5:00pm. This is a rescheduled game from March 10th.

Mrs. Dubois’ PLTW Human Body Systems students identify the parts of a sheep’s brain while studying the nervous system.
We have two athletic updates to share:
• Our varsity soccer teams will play Greer Middle College on April 2nd at North Greenville University. Varsity girls will play at 5:30 pm and varsity boys will play at 7:30 pm. These games were originally scheduled for March 28th.
• Our varsity baseball team will now host MVP on March 31st & April 4th. Game times will be 6:30 pm. These two games were originally scheduled to be played at MVP.
