Mrs. Kanipe's Educational Psychology class welcomed Dr. Lies and Broome alumna Jacque Didok to their class. Dr. Lies spoke with the class about the Call Me Mister program at Converse College. Jacque, who is part of the program, gave the class a student view of the program and college life.

Mr. Alley was awarded a generous grant from the South Carolina Arts Commission to purchase guitars for his students. The guitars were featured in the December Song Chorus Concert, where students performed “Feliz Navidad.”
This project is funded in part by the South Carolina Arts Commission, which receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts. The guitars will continue to be used throughout the year in Mr. Alley’s Guitar Club.
Congratulations, Mr. Alley, on this wonderful achievement!
